InterCom Announcement/Hands-Free

Initiating InterCom Announcement/Hands-Free

Proceed as follows:

• Using a character string on the internal telephone

• Using the menu/function key on a system telephone (optional, see the telephone manual)

Requirements:

• Enabled InterCom authorisation at the InterCom destination

1. Pick up the receiver.

2. Dial one of the following character strings:

##011: Initiates an InterCom announcement.

##012: Initiates InterCom hands-free.

3. Enter the internal number of the system telephone. Possible entries:

Internal number of the individual system telephone

request type Direct exchange line telephone: with preceding **)

The system telephone automatically takes the call after a single ring.

If InterCom permission is enabled, InterCom announcement or InterCom hands-free calling is

enabled on the InterCom destination in question.

Proceed as follows:

• Separately for subscribers (system telephones)

• Using the configuration manager

• Using the menu/function key on a system telephone (optional, see the telephone manual)

Requirements:

• System telephone that supports InterCom (optional, see telephone manual)
