Switching Readiness of a Voice Mailbox Depending on the Configuration On/Off

Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• At least one existing announcement for the voice mailbox
1. Open the page Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to the name
or number.
3. Click the Announcements tab.
4. In the list field, select one of the available options.
5. Click Delete under Delete announcement.
6. Click Continue.
Switching Readiness of a Voice Mailbox Depending on the Configuration On/Off
If the readiness of the box is disabled, the box will accept the following calls:
• With enabled Remote access: External calls will be accepted after a waiting time of at least
50 seconds.
• Internal calls from an owner or user.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If the check box Profile-
controlled settings has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
