Requirements:
• Telephone book authorisation (business) granted to the subscriber
• Access authorisation for the page Call data list granted to the subscriber
• Calls recorded for the subscriber and recorded in the Call data list
• Column External partner displayed on the page Call data list
• Configuration manager, opened with the authorisation of a user
1. Open the page Call data list.
The call data are displayed in a table.
2. Click
next to the desired phone number under External partner.
Note:
The columns that are displayed in the Call data list can be defined (by the
administrator on the page User data > Call data > Print options or by the
user having an access authorisation on the page Print options.
An administrator can assign new designations for the columns of the Call
data list.
The phone number is dialled by the associated internal telephone.
Configuring the Display
The call data recorded in the call data memory can be displayed in the call data list or printed
out. This allows you to select the data to be displayed, and create separate labels for the table
columns.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Print options
• For user: Print options.
