0.01 to 0.99: Reduces the telephone costs for the subscriber
1.00: The charges accrued correspond to the telephone costs of the subscriber
1.01 to 9.99: Increases the telephone costs for the subscriber

Deleting the List of Single Call Records

This function allows, e.g., a member of the works council, to delete the phone numbers of his
communication partners in the call data completely in order to ensure that these numbers are
not viewed by unauthorised persons. The part of the data required for billing the call remains
intact.
Proceed as follows:
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
Requirements:
• Authorisation Delete list of single call records assigned to the subscriber
• User PIN configured for the subscriber
• Knowledge of the user PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the user PIN.
4. Dial *51#.
The phone number of the communication partner from the last call made is deleted.
