Switching Authorisation for Deleting Single Call Records On/Off
If authorisation for deleting single call records is enabled, the subscriber in question can delete
the phone number of the communication partner from the last call made to ensure that this
number is not viewed by unauthorised persons.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Authorisations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Delete list of single call records check box.
Configuring SFTP Transfer of a Call Data File
A file with call data is ready for pick-up over the SFTP server of the PBX in the specified time
intervals.
Make the necessary settings for the SFTP transfer to provide and transfer the data.
The settings are structured in the following subgroups:
• General settings: Define in which form the call data will be provided.
• Call data file: Determine when and how often a file with the call data will be provided.
• Hotel function: Settings for providing subscriber-related call data in hotel operation.
