BACK UP LAMP SWITCH
Unit inspection
(Manual transmission)
1. Disconnect the connector of the back up lamp switch. (on
the transmission case)
2. Ensure that continuity exists between the terminals when
shift lever of the manual transmission is shifted to the re-
verse position.
(Automatic transmission)
1. Disconnect the connector of the transmission neutral
switch. (on the transmission case)
2. Ensure that continuity exists between the terminals when
shift lever of the automatic transmission is shifted to the re-
verse position.
