Shift tray motor error
The shift tray HP sensor does not activate within 1.86 seconds after the shift tray
motor starts to move at power on or copying. The 1st detection failure issues a jam
error, and the 2nd failure issues this SC code.
• Defective shift tray motor
• Defective shift tray HP sensor.
Replace the shift tray motor.

Finisher stapler motor error
The 1st detection failure issues a jam error, and the 2nd failure issues this SC code.
• Staple jam
• Motor overload
• Defective stapler motor
• Defective stapler safety sensor
1. Check the connections and cables for the components mentioned above.
2. Replace the stapler unit
3. Replace the finisher main board.
