Cause
•
New licenses have been taken into use since the previous start-up.

12.3.29 Fault Code 8, ID 830 - System Fault
Cause
•
Licenses have been removed from the drive.
Troubleshooting
•
No actions required. Notification only.
12.3.30 Fault Code 9, ID 80 - Undervoltage (Fault)
Cause
The DC link voltage is lower than the limits.
•
too low a supply voltage
•
defective component
•
a defective input fuse
•
the external charge switch is not closed
NOTE! This fault becomes active only if the drive is in Run state.
Troubleshooting
•
If there is a temporary supply voltage break, reset the fault and restart the drive.
•
Do a check of the supply voltage. If the supply voltage is sufficient, there is an internal fault.
•
Examine the electrical network for fault.
•
Ask for instructions from your nearest distributor.
12.3.31 Fault Code 10, ID 91 - Input Phase
Cause
•
supply voltage malfunction
•
a defective fuse or malfunction in the supply cables
The load must be a minimum of 10–20% for the supervision to work.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the supply voltage.
•
Check the fuses.
•
Check the supply cable.
•
Check the rectifying bridge.
•
Check the gate control of the thyristor (MR6->).
12.3.32 Fault Code 10, ID 92 - Input Phase
Cause
•
Software-based input phase supervision.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the supply voltage.
•
Check the fuses.
•
Check the supply cable.
