Troubleshooting
Check the loading.
Check the motor.
Check the cables and connections.
Make an identification run.
Set the acceleration time longer (P3.4.1.2 and P3.4.2.2).
12.3.3 Fault Code 2, ID 10 - Overvoltage (Hardware Fault)
Cause
The DC link voltage is higher than the limits.
too short a deceleration time
high overvoltage spikes in the supply
Troubleshooting
Set the deceleration time longer (P3.4.1.3 and P3.4.2.3).
Activate the overvoltage controller.
Check the input voltage.
12.3.4 Fault Code 2, ID 11 - Overvoltage (Software Fault)
Cause
The DC link voltage is higher than the limits.

high overvoltage spikes in the supply
Troubleshooting
Set the deceleration time longer (P3.4.1.3 and P3.4.2.3).

Check the input voltage.
12.3.5 Fault Code 3, ID 20 - Earth Fault (Hardware Fault)

The measurement of current tells that the sum of the motor phase current is not zero.

Troubleshooting
Check the motor cables and the motor.
Check the filters.
12.3.6 Fault Code 3, ID 21 - Earth fault (Software Fault)
Cause
The measurement of current tells that the sum of the motor phase current is not zero.
