Do not under any circumstances, deal with the balancing device in any other way than that
detailed in the product documentation! For example, attempting to open the balancing device
is potentially lethal!
The balancing device weighs 210 kg! All lifting equipment used must be dimensioned accord-
ingly!

Action
1.
Secure the lower arm to the frame by insert-
ing the locking screw into the hole (1).
2.
Secure the bearing attachments to the bal-
ancing device with two screws, on the out-
side of the attachments.
3.
Refit the two parallel pins in the frame.
4.
Fit two guide pins to the upper holes in the
frame, where the bearing attachments are to
be attached.
5.
Fit the lifting eye to the balancing device.
6.
Lift the balancing device and bring it forward,
gliding the bearing attachments on to the
guide pins (upper holes).
7.
Remove the guide pins.
8.
Secure the rear of the balancing device by
fastening the two bearing attachments to the
frame with their four attachment screws.
9.
Remove the screws from outside of the
bearing attachments and refit the plugs.
10.
Raise the balancing device to a position
where the front shaft may be inserted
through the piston shaft front eye.

Reused screws may be used, provid-
ing they are lubricated as detailed in
Screw joints on page 15 before fit-
ting.
