4.1.1 Lifting manipulator with fork lift

Lifting the manip-
The section below details how to secure the fork lift set to the manipulator in order to lift and
ulator with fork lift
move the manipulator using the fork lift ONLY!
The IRB 6600/6650 manipulator weighs 1725 kg! All lifting equipment used must be dimen-
sioned accordingly!
The IRB 7600 manipulator weighs 2550 kg! All lifting equipment used must be dimensioned
accordingly!
The shorter fork lift pocket weighs 22 kg while the longer version weighs 60 kg! Use a suitable
lifting device to avoid injury to personnel!
