Adjusting the Rear X Belt Tension
(1) Detach the right rear corner cover (Refer to the section 8.1.2.).
(2) Detach the left rear corner cover (Refer to the section 8.1.4.).
(3) Detach the rear top cover (Refer to the section 8.1.11.).
(4) Detach the rear bottom cover (Refer to the section 8.1.12.).
(5) Loosen the two M4L6 binding head screw fixing the idler bracket.

(6) Adjust the belt tension by the two belt tension adjustment screws from the access holes which are
shown in the following picture.
* Turn the screws to clockwise to tighten the belt tension.
* Turn the screws to counterclockwise to loosen the belt tension.
(7) Move the Y bar to the far left.
(8) Measure the belt tension as following picture using the push-pull gauge at the center of rear X belt.
Push down X belt 8 mm from horizontal position of belt, and then measure the belt tension.
(9) Adjust the belt tension to be the following table of tension.

Use this access hole to loosen the screw of front.
Use these access holes to adjust the X belt tension.
Press down the X belt at center of belt by push pull gauge.
