Symptom
Media can be cut but it is

Possible Cause
The adhesive sheet
does not have enough

10 TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Use the adhesive sheet that
have enough adhesion.
Perform weeding after cutting
soon.
Adjust the blade length and
the cutting force.
Increase the blade length.
Decrease the cutting force.
Set the tool type to PEN in the
cutting condition menu.
Decrease the STEP PASS
value.
Confirm the data.
Use a media with a stronger
backing.
Remove the dirt from tip of
blade.
Replace the plunger.
