Adjusting the Y Belt Tension

(1) Detach the Y bar cover (Refer to the section 8.1.13.).
(2) Detach the front Y bar end cover (Refer to the section 8.1.15.).
(3) Detach the rear Y bar end cover (Refer to the section 8.1.16.).
(4) Loosen the Y belt tension fixing screw at front end of Y bar.
(5) Move the pen block to the rear end position of Y bar.
(6) Adjust belt tension by the two Y belt tension screws to be 760 gf +/- 10 gf at the center of Y belt.
* Turn the screws to clockwise to tighten the belt tension.
* Turn the screws to counterclockwise to loosen the belt tension.
(7) Measure the belt tension as following picture using the push-pull gauge at the center of Y belt.
Push Y belt until the Y belt touch to the Y bar, and then measure the belt tension.
