Replacing the Writing Panel

When the writing panel is going to replace, perform it with at least two persons.
8.8.1

Replacing the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel (FCX2000-120ES)

The replacing procedure is different depends on used Electrostatic Adhesion Panel. (Green one and Black
one)
The green color of Electrostatic Adhesion Panel was discontinued, therefore the color of Electrostatic
Adhesion Panel becomes black when it was replaced.
When the green color of Electrostatic Adhesion Panel is replacing.
The green color of Electrostatic Adhesion Panel is hard to peel off from the honeycomb plate.
Therefore the green color of Electrostatic Adhesion Pane needs to remove the Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
and the honeycomb plate together.
Preparing
Prepare the following items.
Two pieces of 15 x 1294 mm double sided tape (NITTO No.5000N is recommended.)
Two pieces of 15 x 968 mm double sided tape (NITTO No.5000N is recommended.)

How to remove the green color of Electrostatic Adhesion Panel
(1) Detach the right top cover (Refer to the section 8.1.5.).
(2) Move the Y bar to the left end.
(3) Disconnect the flexible cable of electrostatic adhesion panel from the electrostatic relay board.
(4) Attach the right top cover. (When the honeycomb plate was removed the main frame will lose a strength,
therefore the right top cover must install to keep main frame.)
(5) The honeycomb plate is fixing with the ten M4 cap screws as shown in the picture below.
