(1) Right-click the button, and select "Control Panel".

(4) Select [Inbound Rules].

(5) Right-click [FTP Server Passive (FTP Passive Traffic-In)] and select
"Enable Rule".
The "Enabled" of [FTP Server Passive (FTP Passive Traffic-In)] changes to "Yes".
