 Restore (Per Each SE1 Sheet)
(1) Click "BACKUP/RESTORE" - "SE Correct Data Backup/Restore".
The SE Correct Data Backup/Restore window opens.
(2) Click [Restore] the target SE.
The correction data restore window is displayed.

(3) Click [Browse], and after selecting the target correction data, click [OK].

Select the file downloaded with DR Maintenance Software.
File name: YYYYMMDDhhmmss-(Panel).ZIP
The restoring is implemented, and if it completed, "Succeeded" will be displayed in
the pop up window.
(4) Click [OK].
The SE correction data forced transferring is implemented, and if it completed,
"Succeeded" will be displayed in the pop up window.
(5) Click [OK].
