5. Enable the
Domain Name
Enter the Active Directory domain name.
Domain Admin User
Enter the Administrator Username of the LDAP server
Domain Admin
Enter the Administrator User password

LDAP Agent Retry
Defines the time interval after which the LDAP Agent will try to reconnect with the LDAP server if the previous

join attempt had failed.
LDAP Server Dead
This is a period in seconds for which the RADIUS server does not attempt any connection with the LDAP

server after the LDAP server was found to be unavailable.
NOTE
Administrator Username and Administrator User password are required for the switch (which runs
radius server) to become part of the Windows domain of which the Active Directory Server is part of.
NOTE
The same configuration is supported for the Secondary LDAP agent of the Secondary LDAP server
also.

Configuring Radius Users

Refer to the Users tab to view the current set of users and groups assigned for the Radius server.
The Users tab is employed when Local is selected as the Auth Data Source within the
Authentication & Accounting tab.
To define the Radius user permissions for switch access:
1. Select Security > Radius Server from the main menu.
