20.1.2 UM Configuration—[1-2] Mailbox Settings—Full Setting
Name
Extension Specifies the extension number of
the mailbox's subscriber. Any valid
extension number including an
Extension Group number can be
assigned.
Note
First Name Specifies the first name of the
subscriber. If there are non-
alphabetical characters in the first 4
letters of the first name, the mailbox
is not included in the directory.
Last Name Specifies the last name of the
subscriber. If there are non-
alphabetical characters in the first 4
letters of the first name, the mailbox
is not included in the directory.

Description
If an Extension Group number
is assigned to a mailbox, all
group members are able to
access the messages stored in
the mailbox.
