7.3.4 Utility—Log—UM System Log
To save the event log as a text file
1.
From the Web-MC Event Log screen, select Save.
The Save dialogue box will be displayed.
2.
Enter a file name.
3.
Click Save.
To clear the event log
1.
From the Web-MC Event Log screen, select Clear.
Note
Users logged in to a Main unit can see all events.
7.3.4 Utility—Log—UM System Log
You can export a log of events from the Unified Messaging system for troubleshooting purposes.
This screen can be accessed only in On-line mode.
1.
Click OK to export a UM System Log file.
2.
Click Save to save the data to a local file.
3. Click OK.
7.3.5 Utility—Log—Call Control Log
Collects and displays Logical Partitioning Call Control Log information.
To show the setting change information for the Logical Partitioning feature, press the Condition button.
To show the call restriction status of the Logical Partitioning feature, press the Status button.
