The operating data area is allocated to D00500 through D00523 by the data
memory settings. No prior settings are needed for the operating data area
because the data is set in the program.
The values for D20004 onwards are transferred when the power is turned ON (or
at restart).
This data area is not used with direct operation. It should be left entirely at the
default settings (0).
