The following table lists the valid combinations of authentication and encryption:

Specifies the names of the security profile.
Indicates that no 802.11 level authentication is imposed.
Indicates shared key authentication
Indicates that no network authentication is imposed.
Specifies that 802.1x network authentication is used.
Specifies MAC level authentication using the RADIUS server
Specifies use of network login for authentication.
Specifies WPA1 authentication with RADIUS.
Specifies WPA1 authentication with pre-shared keys.
Specifies 802.11i (WPA2) authentication with RADIUS.
Specifies 802.11i (WPA2) authentication with pre-shared keys.
Specifies that no encryption is used.
Specifies that Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is used.
Specifies that AES or TKIP can be used.
Specifies that Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) is used.
Specifies that Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) encryption is used with 64-bit keys.
Specifies that Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) encryption is used with 128-bit keys.
