QoS Commands

disable qosmonitor

Disables the QoS monitoring capability.

This command is available only on the "i" series switches.

Syntax Description

This command has no arguments or variables.

Usage Guidelines

The QoS monitor is a utility on "i" series switches that monitors the eight hardware queues (QP1-QP8)

associated with any port(s). The QoS monitor keeps track of the number of frames and the frames per

second that a specific queue is responsible for transmitting on a physical port. By default, QoS monitor

is disabled on the switch.

The following command disables QoS monitoring:

disable qosmonitor

This command was available in ExtremeWare 4.0.

Platform Availability

This command is available on the "i" series platforms only.
