Battery acid hazard

Acid can burn your body and damage your clothing. To prevent

injury and damage from corrosive and poisonous battery acid:

• Wear protective clothing and personal protective equipment

to handle a battery.

Rotating fan hazard

To prevent injury:

• Do NOT operate the engine while the engine hood is open.

• Stop the engine and remove the key before you open the

engine hood.
