NOTE!
When removing a circuit card from the network, the associated Node must be
re-initialized before the network recognizes the removal of the circuit card. If the Node
is not re-initialized, alarms may be present. Re-initialize the Node to clear the alarms.
Note that the configuration for the channels on the source node may need re-
configuring after executing the NODE INITIO command. Refer to the "NODE INITIO"
command in the Commands section.
