General Description: Sets up a session with the system (i.e., logging into the system).
An entry is made in the event log indicating that a user session was established and identifying the user who
executed the command.

LMS1000 Input Format Variation:
<aid>
The access identifier (<aid>) parameter is the same value as the user identifier (<uid>) parameter for the user
attempting to gain access to the system. The user identifier parameter is the NAME attribute from this user's
LMS1000 user configuration. Invalid values received for this parameter return an error response with the error
code IIAC.
<pid>
The personal identifier (<pid>) parameter is the PASSWORD attribute from this user's LMS1000 user
configuration.
LMS1000 Response Format Variation: The "e" (date and time of last session established by this user) and "f"
(number of unsuccessful session attempts since last session) parameters are currently not supported in
LMS1000.
