Measuring bluetooth

The following procedure shows you how to measure the peak and average power
in a single Bluetooth DH1 data burst. Triggering is achieved using the rising edge
of the burst. The trigger is configured for a power level of -20 dBm on a rising
edge. A trigger hold off is also setup for 650 μs, disabling the trigger until the
current time slot is measured. The measurement gate is configured to measure the
peak and average power in a 366 μs period, 0.2 μs after the trigger. The display is
configured to show the peak and average power in the lower window in numeric
format, while the upper window shows the power trace over 6 time slots starting
50 μs before the trigger.
The E9321A and E9325A sensors are best suited. The E9321A and E9325A are
NOTE
not recommended due to lack of bandwidth.
