STATus Subsystem 10
Bit 5 is set when the following condition occurs:
– Channel A requires zeroing
Bis 6 is set when the following condition occurs (E4417A only):
– Channel B requires zeroing
These bits are cleared when no errors or events are detected by the power meter
during a measurement covering the causes given for it to set.
