Alarm Description
The current BIOS version is not compatible with Ultra Secure Mode
(ULTRA_SECURE_MODE=YES).

Possible reasons for the card failure:
Resetting Card

Unknown shelf error
Unknown card error

This occurs when the system does not receive an indication about the
card (since it does not exist...) usually when the card was removed from
the MCU and the system did not have a chance to recalculate it
resources.

No connection with MPM card.
No connection with the Switch.
