To set the System Configuration flags:
1 In the Collaboration Server Main menu, select Setup > System Configuration.
The System Flags dialog opens.
2 Modify the values of the following flags:

EXTERNAL_DB_IP
EXTERNAL_DB_PORT
EXTERNAL_DB_LOGIN
EXTERNAL_DB_PASSWORD
EXTERNAL_DB_DIRECTORY
3 Click OK.
4 Reset the MCU for flag changes to take effect.

Appendix - Ad Hoc Conferencing and External Database Authentication
Description and Value
The flag that enables the use of the external database application.
The IP address of the external database application server. default
IP: 0.0.0.0.
The port number used by the MCU to access the external
application server.
Default Port = 80.
The user name defined in the external database application for the
MCU.
The password associated with the user name defined for the MCU in
the external database application.
The URL of the external database application.
