(6) TMRn compare register 5 (TRnCCR5)
The TRnCCR5 register is a 16-bit compare register.
In the high-accuracy T-PWM mode and the PWM mode with dead time, the interrupt for matches
between the counter and the TRnCCR5 register can be selected as the timing for A/D conversion
trigger input.
This register can be read and written in 16-bit units.
RESET input clears this register to 0000H.
Remarks: 1. In the high-accuracy T-PWM mode, bit 0 of the TRnCCR5 register is ignored
