(16) Port type 11
Port type 11 provides a general purpose I/O port with peripheral output function. This type is
similar to the port type 6, but all port registers are write protected against unintended change due
to system or software malfunction. Writing to the port registers of type 11 is only possible
immediately after a write access to the PRCMD register.
