The PMC3 register is an 8-bit register that specifies the port mode or control mode (alternate
function).
This register can be read or written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
Reset input sets this register to 00H.
On μPD70F3447 do not set bits PMC34 and PMC36 to 1, since the corresponding
