Backlight ON/OFF Status Control Method and Replacement Procedure

The ON/OFF status of the backlight can be controlled using the setting in the screen creation software
and sequence program.
23.1.1

Backlight Control Operation

The ON/OFF status of the backlight can be controlled using the following method.
Setting to ON the backlight control device + Backlight OFF time set in
Turning OFF
"SET-UP MODE"
Setting to OFF the backlight control device
Turning ON
1) Turning off the backlight
When the backlight control device is set to ON by a sequence program, the backlight will turn off after
the OFF time set in "SET BACKLIGHT" in "SET-UP MODE" of the system menu of the GOT-F900.
2) Turning on the backlight
The backlight turns on by either of the following operation.
a) Setting to OFF the backlight control device by a sequence program
b) Touching the screen of the GOT-F900
The entire screen functions as a touch switch to turn on the backlight.
In the F920GOT-K, press any switch on the keypad to turn on the backlight.
