url url-string: Specifies the URL to which portal authentication error records are exported. The URL is
a case-insensitive string of 1 to 255 characters.
start-time start-date start-time end-time end-date end-time: Specifies a time range. The start date
and end date must be in the format of MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD. The value range for MM is 1
to 12. The value range for DD varies with the specified month. The value range for YYYY is 1970 to
