The ELAN name.
The state of the ELAN. This can be Primary, Secondary, In

The primary LES Id number and its state. This can be:
Establish There is a connection between the
LECS and the LES.
Being Established A connection is being established
between the LECS and the LES.
No connection There is no connection between the
LECS and the LES.
The secondary LES Id number and its state. This can be
Establish, Being Established and No connection (see above).
