Model 146i Instruction Manual
The Power-Up screen is displayed on power up of the Model 146i. The
Self-Test is displayed while the internal components are warming up and
diagnostic checks are performed.
Please wait while booting...
The Run screen is the normal operating screen when the menu is not
displayed. The status bar displays the instrument's current flow selections,
selected gas span level (if ozonator and permeation oven are both off),
permeation oven and ozonator levels, time, and alarm status. There are 5
values that may be displayed on the run screen that include the following:
TFLOW (total flow in sccm, as measured by the zero and gas flow
controllers)
GAS X
(dilution concentration of gas from selected tank in ppm, name is
user definable)
O3
(concentration of ozone measured by photometer in ppm)
PERM
(concentration from permeation tube in ppm)
GPT
(drive level of ozonator in GPT mode in percent)
If a particular option is not installed or not being used, it is removed from
the display. The example below shows the Model 146i Run screen with gas
dilution, photometer (internal measurement), permeation oven (installed
but off), and GPT.
