Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting Guides
Action
Replace connector.
Perform a leak check (see
"Servicing" chapter).
Calibrate mass flow
controller
Check for blue light when
removing ozone lamp from
ozonator and replace lamp if
light not visible.
Check to see that ozonator is
warm (>50 °C). If not warm,
replace heater or heat power
supply (see "Servicing"
chapter).
Replace ozonator board (see
"Servicing" chapter).
Check for leaks in ozonator
and manifold system (see
"Servicing" chapter) and
repair leak.
Check zero air flow valve and
reduce flow.
Replace ozonator board (see
"Servicing" chapter).
Check to see that there is a
bright blue light when
removing the ozone lamp
from ozonator, with ozonator
level set to 100%. If not,
replace lamp (see
"Servicing" chapter).
Repair analyzer.
Check for leaks and repair
(see "Servicing" chapter).
Check zero air flow meter.
Replace lamp.
(see "Servicing" chapter).
Replace ozonator board (see
"Servicing" chapter).
