It is important to note the averaging time when calibrating. The longer the
averaging time, the more accurate the calibration will be. To be most
accurate, use the 300-second averaging time.
In the Main Menu, choose Photometer Setup > Calibration > Cal O3
Coef.
The Program menu sets the Model 146i's internal computer program to
conduct a series of calibration events at preset times and durations. Up to
32 calibration events can be programmed. Next Event is read only and
shows the status of the next event number and time, there is no setting
screen.
Each event can be assigned gas, span, ozonator and permeation levels,
photometer mode, and event set time. This function is only available when
the instrument is NOT in service mode. If the service mode is active when
the next cycle time occurs, the program will not be triggered. Turn service
mode OFF to run next program cycle time. For more information on the
service mode, see
Note When events are running, none of the settings may be changed via
the front panel interface, except for the program cycle enable/disable,
which may be toggled to cancel the current program.
