Check the ends of the capillary for an obvious obstruction and
remove the obstruction.

Clear any internal blockage using an appropriate wire for the
particular capillary. Refer to

If a restriction cannot be cleared, replace the capillary. Refer to the
appropriate capillary replacement procedure that follows.

Use the following procedure to replace the ozonator capillary

Equipment Damage Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Unscrew the knurled fitting, separate the components, and remove the
capillary
(Figure
5-2).
