6. Measure the flow rate into the ZERO bulkhead on the rear panel of the
146i. Be sure that the charcoal scrubber is connected. Note the flow and
measured gas concentration.
7. From the flow and measured concentration, compute the permeation
tube release rate.
The six span input option increases the number of span ports from three
(standard) to six.
The span gas mass flow controller governs low gas flow to control gas being
diluted. Span gas mass flow controllers include:
25 SCCM
50 SCCM
100 SCCM (standard)
200 SCCM
500 SCCM
The zero gas mass flow controller governs high gas flow to control zero air.
Zero gas mass flow controllers include:
5 SLPM
10 SLPM (standard)
15 SLPM
20 SLPM
The I/O expansion board provides six analog current output channels (0-20
mA or 4-20 mA) and eight analog voltage inputs (0-10V). The DB25
connector on the rear panel provides the interface for these inputs and
outputs.
