These commands set the concentration for each of the five custom levels.
The example below sets the custom level 1 to 500 ppb. The example below
shows that custom level 1 is 500 ppb. This command is only available if the
ozonator and photometer options are installed and the photometer is
configured for ozonator control mode.

Receive:
set level 1 500 ok
set level level
This command sets the ozonator output to level, where level represents
custom levels 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. The example below sets level 1.

set level 1

man gas gas gflow value
man gas gas zflow value
gas = | a | b | c | d | e | f |
value = float
These commands set the manual level for zero and gas flows for gas gas in
sccm. The set command is optional.
Send:
set man gas a gflow 202.00
Receive:
set man gas a gflow 202.00
man ozon level value
This command sets the ozone drive level for the manual level to value in %
or ppb. The set command is optional. This command is only available if
the ozonator option is installed.
Send:
man ozon level 20
Receive:
man ozon level 20 ok
man ozon zflow value
This command sets the ozone zero air flow for the ozone manual level to
value, where value is a floating point in sccm. The set command is optional.
This command is only available if the ozonator option is installed.
