Gas
The Manual Gas Flow screen displays the minimum and maximum gas
flows that are allowed for the previously selected gas. Minimum and
maximum values are calculated based upon the tank concentration and the
mass flow controller. The desired concentration can be set between the two
displayed limits. If the concentration entered is outside of the minimum or
maximum values, the message "TOO LOW" or TOO HIGH" is
displayed.
In the Main Menu, choose Gas Setup > Gas A-F > Manual > Gas.

MAN GAS A GAS FLOW:
The Model 146i can be equipped with an optional internal ozonator. The
production of ozone is regulated by either changing the flow of zero-air or

by changing the intensity of the ozone-producing lamp.
The Ozonator Setup menu sets the amount of zero-air flow. From this
menu, the ozone generation can be set manually, or up to five ozone levels
can be set.
In the Main Menu, choose Ozonator Setup.

Zero Air
The Zero Air screen sets the amount of zero air flow through the ozonator.
In the Main Menu, choose Ozonator Setup > Zero Air.
