Accessing the

2. Remove fuse drawer, located on the AC power connector.
3. If either fuse is blown, replace both fuses.
4. Insert fuse drawer and reconnect power cord.
If the Service is not displayed on the Main Menu, use the following
procedure to display it.
1. At the Main Menu, press

to scroll to Service Mode > and press
The Service Mode screen appears.

to toggle the Service Mode to ON.

4. Return to the procedure.
Use the following procedure to check for leaks in the system and to leak test
the pump. This procedure is for Model 146i instruments that have the
photometer option. For Model 146i instruments that do not have the
photometer option, refer to "Leak Test and Pump Checkout - without
Photometer Option."
WARNING The service procedures in this manual are restricted to qualified
service representatives.
If the equipment is operated in a manner not specified by the manufacturer,
the protection provided by the equipment may be impaired.
Equipment Damage Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
