2. If you are programming a range of points, touch the End Point box to
enter the ending point number.
Before continuing to the Type section, note that if you have two or
more points with the same parameters, you can copy the data from one
point to another rather than entering data again for each point. Simply
enter the start point, and press Copy from:. Enter the point with the
parameters you want to copy.
Note The parameters of the other points do not change if you change the
parameters of the point you copied. For example, if you programmed point
4 by copying from point 2 and you change the parameters for point 2,
point 4 does not change unless you use the Copy from function again. ▲
Similar
Many of the point types share parameters that can be programmed in the
same manner. To prevent repetition, these parameters are discussed in this
section only. Any variations in programming the following parameters are
addressed in the applicable sections.

1. Tag: You can assign a tag (name), containing a maximum of 20
characters, to each programmed point. Press the text box, and use the
keyboard to enter the point tag.
2. Units: An alphanumeric engineering units message with a maximum of
20 characters may be assigned for voltage and current inputs.
3. Normal and Alarm Colors: You can set the normal pen trace, bargraph,
or digital block color. Additionally, you can set pen trace or bargraph to
