Alternator-compressor Belt Inspection and Replacement
1. Check that the pointer (A) onthe auto-tensioner
housing is not beyond the edge of the indicator rib
{B} on the tensioner base.
Move the auto-tensioner (A) to relieve tension from
the alternator belt (B), and remove the alternator-
compressor belt.
3. lnstallthe new belt in the reverse order of removal.
