removal, and note these items:
. lf you're installing a newcompressor, you must
calculate the amount of refrigerant oil to be
removed from it (see page 21-6).
. Replace the O-rings with new ones at each fitting,
and apply a thin coat of refrigerant oil before
installing them. Be sure to use the correct O-rings
f o r H F C 1 3 4 a ( R - 1 3 4 a ) t o a v o i d l e a k a g e .
. U s e r e f r i g e r a n t o i l ( K E l H l N S P - 1 0 ) f o r H F C - 1 3 4 a
KEIHIN spiral type compressor only.
. To avoid contamination, do not return the oil to
the container once dispensed, and never mix it
with other refrigerant oils.
. l m m e d i a t e l y a f t e r u s i n g t h e o i l , r e i n s t a l l t h e c a p
on the container, and seal it to avoid moisture
aosorplron.
. D o n o t s p i l l t h e r e f r i g e r a n t o i l o n t h e v e h i c l e ; i t
may damage the paint. lf the refrigerant oil
contacts the paint, wash it off immediately.
. Charge the system {see page 21-53).
. Do the ECM idle learn procedure
( s e e p a g e 1 1 - 1 0 0 ) .
. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio, then enter
the customer's radio station presets.
. For '01-03 models. reset the crocK.
