Check that the hood opens properly and locks
securely.
Apply body paint to the hinge mounting bolts and
around the hinges.
Remove the air guide plate cover (see page 20-1 1 1),
then remove the latch cover (A). Apply
multipurpose grease to each location of the hood
latch (B) and hood hinge (C) as indicated by the
arrows.
