Assembly and preparation
3. Connect the gas probe of the scavenging hose to the terminal unit (4) of the
disposal system.
The integrated anesthetic gas receiving system can be operated in combination
with a control valve to adjust the suction flow. Observe the assembly instructions
for the control valve.
4. Check the flow indicator.
If the flow indicator (5) is within the normal range (6), the anesthetic gas
scavenging system is functional.
If the flow indicator is floating in the restricted range (7), certain fresh-gas flows
should not be exceeded, see "Anesthetic gas receiving system" in chapter
"Technical data".
The integrated anesthetic gas receiving system can also be equipped with an
ejector instead of the suctioning disposal system. Follow the relevant assembly
instructions.
