OAP Alarm Connector

Description
Signals a holdover clock critical alarm to the system when
connected to P5A48RTN (pin 10) or P4B48RTN (pin 11).
Signals a customer defined critical alarm (trouble #4) to the
system when connected to P5A48RTN (pin 10) or
P4B48RTN (pin 11).
Signals a holdover clock minor alarm to the system when
connected to P5A48RTN (pin 10) or P4B48RTN (pin 11).

Signals customer defined major alarm (trouble #8) to the
system when connected to P5A48RTN (pin 10) or
P4B48RTN (pin 11).
Signals a customer defined trouble #16 to the system when
